Key Responsibilities

The Lean Culture Champion will be responsible for driving the transformation of our organizational culture towards continuous improvement and operational excellence. This involves leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategies aimed at eliminating waste, improving processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at shaping and driving the VPS (LEAN) culture within the company. Your primary focus will be on guiding teams to develop more efficient, customer-focused work methods, while maintaining an active internal communication plan to promote the VPS (LEAN) culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing Strategies: Shape and drive the VPS (LEAN) culture within the company.
  • Training and Guiding Teams: Train and lead multidisciplinary teams in adopting VPS (LEAN) principles, focusing on waste elimination, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Advocacy: Maintain an active internal communication plan to promote the VPS (LEAN) culture and participate in a network of VPS (LEAN) ambassadors.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Develop metrics and evaluation structures to measure the company's progress in the VPS (LEAN) journey.
  • Strategic Support: Support the definition of long-term strategies and action plans using VPS (LEAN) practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields, along with proven training in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing organizational culture changes focused on continuous improvement is also essential.
