About the Role

Evalueserve, a leading global company, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst - Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Data Analytics practice, you will design customized solutions for clients, condensing industry-specific KPIs into data products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Development: Lead BI development projects, manage workload, and create new data models feeding into BI solutions.
  • Data Wrangling and Analysis: Perform data wrangling activities, querying, cleaning, transforming, and loading large chunks of data from multiple sources.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Develop reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify bottlenecks, define priorities, develop solutions, and communicate results.
  • Professional Growth and Team Collaboration: Participate in company-sponsored programs, self-development activities, and internal initiatives to advance the Business Intelligence practice at Evalueserve.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economy, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience relevant to the responsibilities mentioned above.
  • Technical Skills: Confidence in writing SQL queries, advanced experience working with Power BI, knowledge of DAX, Power Query, PBI Helper, Platform administration, row-level security, and desired experience with other data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Soft Skills: Strong consulting and client-facing skills, ability to conduct BI needs assessments and gap analyses, knowledge of industry practices for BI implementation and governance, and openness to work in an Agile setting.

Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
