About the Role

We are looking for a talented sales professional to join our LATAM team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, closing deals, and owning the sales cycle. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, winning key accounts, and collaborating with our founders and product team to shape the future of retail media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Topsort's retail media infrastructure and work with the sales and product team to achieve sales quota.
  • Demonstrate relentless focus and 'hunter energy' to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market.
  • Generate pipeline from industry connections, outbound activities, LinkedIn outreach, or more.
  • Take prospects through the buyer journey from discovery to contract negotiation, with a strong understanding of Topsort's products.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, provide feedback to the product team, and work closely with the founders to perfect and improve the product.
  • Be a subject matter expert: know everything about Topsort's products, the retail media market landscape, and stay on top of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, or background in consulting, product management, have worked with fast-growing dynamic startups, proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer-facing role.
  • Startup hustle and speed: able to work hard, move fast, and adjust to a dynamic environment and sell to complex organizations and technical customers.
  • Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate to become an expert on auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization.
  • Team Player: lone wolf style sales are from the past, at Topsort, it's about being a sports team that achieves goals together.
