Job Description
This is a customer-facing role that demands strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. As a Technical Cloud Solutions Lead, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our M365 Enterprise Services. You will be responsible for leading technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects, and delivering all work according to MS best practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive positive Customer Satisfaction by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
- Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant MS teams to enable continuous improvement.
- Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's M365 value proposition.
- Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services and technical subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- Fluency to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
