About This Role

The Clinical Research Site Identification Lead will act as the main point of contact for study site identification on all aspects related to site identification.

  • Develop and implement site identification plans, including site profiles and protocol-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with feasibility managers to ensure efficient site identification processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality site initiation and First Patient In (FPI) achievements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead site identification efforts for awarded studies, ensuring alignment with sponsor requirements.
  2. Attend kickoff meetings to ensure full awareness of client needs.
  3. Review and propose budget changes as required for study delivery.
  4. Liaise with study start-up managers to ensure integrated start-up plans.
  5. Develop site ranking plans based on site characteristics.
Requirements
  • University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent.
  • Experience working directly with sponsors and knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
