The role of Clinical Trial Manager at ICON plc offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and skills in managing clinical trials from planning to execution. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful delivery of clinical trials while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory guidelines.

This key position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including site management, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with trial investigators and other stakeholders, as well as providing strategic guidance to drive clinical trial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of clinical trials, including timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all trials are conducted in compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clinical deliverables of a study.
  • Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.
  • Prior monitoring experience is preferred.
  • Able to travel up to 20%.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes annual leave entitlements, health insurance options, retirement planning offerings, and more.
