About Evalueserve

Evalueserve is a recognized leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams to support deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What You Will Be Doing at Evalueserve
  • You will prepare information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, management presentations, and other critical deliverables to support our clients' investment decisions.
  • Using various valuation methods, you will perform valuations for our clients, including Comparable Companies, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sum-of-the-Parts Valuation (SOTP), and Leveraged Buyout (LBOs).
  • You will develop high competency in trading and transaction comps, as well as creating and maintaining industry databases, newsletters, and market updates.
  • You will collect financial data using online sources such as FactSet, Capital IQ, EIKON, Bloomberg, etc.
  • You will handle ad hoc research requests, such as competitor benchmarking, target screening, capital structure, and liquidity analysis, based on client requirements.
Requirements
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree specializing in Finance, such as an MBA (Finance) or CFAs, is preferred.
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking advisory or financial research is required.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-based multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with US/Europe-based clients and other centers of Evalueserve.
  • You should have attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required.
  • Flexibility to work according to client schedules and workload requirements is necessary.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
Salary and Benefits
