About This Opportunity

We are looking for someone to join our team of professionals that supports the Fixed Income Strategy team of a top global investment bank, with a special focus on emerging markets.

This role involves addressing some of the world's largest financial needs with technology-proven solutions.

You will be working on challenging banking challenges and improving decision-making with award-winning solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the platform for the production of indices.
  • Program indexes-related applications.
  • Take care of day-to-day issues associated with maintenance and delivery of indices to clients.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure the quality of input for index calculation.
  • Verify analytics and characteristics such as rating, amount outstanding, etc.
  • Monthly rebalance of indices.
  • Maintain and develop BI applications.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree (commercial, civil, or industrial).
  • Intermediate SQL Skills.
  • Intermediate Python knowledge.
  • Azure knowledge (preferable but not mandatory).
  • Strong command of Excel and data manipulation.
  • Ability to own tasks and projects, maintaining stakeholders in the loop.
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
