Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Collaborate with Sales Directors and Business Development teams to achieve annual sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Visit customers, gather information on their needs, and create business opportunities for distribution products such as inverters, batteries, solar panels, and EV chargers.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals, provide technical requirements guidance, and analyze distribution solutions and products to ensure successful sample testing and scheme demonstrations.
- Market Analysis: Interpret market information, analyze customer needs, identify pain points, and analyze competitive products based on market dimensions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain technical customer relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, including work with solar panels, inverters, energy storage batteries, and EV chargers.
- Skills: Proven experience in creating solar proposals for customers, strong technical knowledge of power distribution systems and products, excellent technical and pre-sales skills, and strong planning, coordination, communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
