Job Description

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits design, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business results and support our company's overall mission.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's business objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform compensation decisions.
  3. Design and manage benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of our employees.
  4. Partner with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular benchmarking studies to assess competitiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., human resources, finance, or business).
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  3. Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Fluent English language proficiency.
