Responsibilities:

* Lead director-level conversations to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships
* Develop in-depth insights of the sales process and product combinations
* Lead account planning processes to align brand and Spotify resources
* Grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships
* Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting
* Spearhead client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes
* Lead collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

* Energetic, goal-oriented, and outgoing
* Strong understanding of the digital online advertising industry
* Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital/social/creative environment
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in collaborative teams
* Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic environment
* Close relationships with decision makers in the local market
* Advertising industry knowledge
* +5 years of experience in selling digital advertising to advertising agencies and direct clients

Education:

* BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration
