Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to ensure safe work practices and efficient project progress
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to effectively manage project processes and schedules
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively, collaborating with the team to achieve effective solutions
  • Implement and monitor project procedures, working closely with clients to improve and revise processes
  • Attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project managing large-scale, mission-critical projects
  • Experience working in the construction or related industry, preferably in the Chile region
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) or willingness to pursue
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or a construction discipline
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients through shared purpose and a collaborative mindset
