About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our data center campus development projects in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects from due diligence to execution, delivery, and close-out.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project execution plans aligned with client requirements, including communication plans and key events.
  2. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective stakeholder management.
  3. Drive the development and management of program-level reporting on project statuses, including schedule, budget, safety, and project risk.
  4. Coach and mentor the wider team on continuous improvement techniques and standard methods for reporting results.
  5. Assist in the preparation of RFP and SOW documentation for key project stakeholders.
  6. Support bidding on new service requests and attend engaging presentations to prospective clients.
  7. Assist with the recruitment process to deliver commissions and grow the business in line with the regional plan.
Requirements
  1. 15+ years of experience in data center construction/project management with increasing levels of leadership and people management.
  2. English language fluency is essential, with Spanish language fluency desirable.
  3. Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or another construction-related discipline.
  4. PMP and LEED AP qualifications or on the path to completing them.
  5. Passion for building a global team and developing employees through mentoring, coaching, and training.
  6. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
