We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team at Atheneum Partners. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in connecting our clients with experts who can meet their specific needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Expert Sourcing: Identify and source experts who possess the necessary skills and expertise to meet our clients' requirements.
- Onboarding and Engagement: Onboard and engage experts to ensure their successful integration into our client projects.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of our clients' needs to identify relevant experts and develop effective solutions.
- Communication and Outreach: Develop and maintain strong communication and outreach skills to effectively engage with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Client Excellence: Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and ensure exceptional client experiences by providing accurate expert recommendations and proactive solutions.
What We Offer
- A competitive gross salary of $ CLP (Bruto)
- A monthly performance-based bonus of up to $ Final amount will depend on performance output.
- Shift Allowance for specified hours:
- 12pm - 9pm - $450,000 gross additional
- 1pm - 10pm - $600,000 gross additional
- 2pm - 11pm - $750,000 gross additional
- Hybrid working (2-3 days in office)
