The Opportunity

We are embarking on a transformative journey to become a true integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying our customers' supply chain. As a Data Solution Partner at Maersk, you will play a pivotal role in driving this vision forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CX managers in onboarding and upskilling teams, providing training plans for data approaches and day-to-day support for internal team members and user communities.
  • Make data-driven recommendations on team capacity management, process performance, and team efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support in vetting execution plans, validating effort and potential benefit, and making recommendations on project pipeline/prioritization.
  • Leverage internal and external resources, best practices, and networking to drive success.
  • Identify optimal data sources, obtain necessary access, and escalate roadblocks to Manager.
  • Coordinate with Financial Business Partners and Leadership for monthly and quarterly reports, providing data and information on CX.
  • Offer expert knowledge on analytic methods, data transformation, and visualization tools to create solutions with increased visibility and automation.
  • Assist in creating and delivering training, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
  • Work in a project-based environment, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
We Are Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing data and creating solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business statistics, analytics, and data science.
  • Data visualization expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to support others in data management.
  • Proven record of building strong relationships and stakeholder networks.
  • Experience providing technical support through coaching and training, with a focus on sharing expertise to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational and follow-up skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Office 365, Dremio, Azure, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English.
