We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our AI systems. As a Computer Scientist at Quantsoft, you will be responsible for designing experiments, applying advanced Data Science techniques, and developing cutting-edge AI models. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and Founder, Sergio Andrews, who has over 25 years of experience in leading high-performing teams.

Job Functions
  • Developing and maintaining programming libraries to support AI model development
  • Creating numerical library components and optimizing their performance
  • Consulting on high-performance computing initiatives and strategies
  • Ensuring software quality, test coverage, and documentation
  • Collaborating with product teams on integration and deployment of AI models
  • Working closely with Scientists on experiment implementations and results analysis
  • Development and implementation of Investment Managers AI Software
  • Maintaining and improving machine learning models
  • Verifying data quality and ensuring it through data cleaning processes
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (candidates with Master's degree in Computer Science preferred)
  • Experience in designing and developing software and complex algorithms
  • PhD degree desirable, preferably in Machine Learning
  • Excellent Python skills, with fluency in programming languages
  • Good understanding of deep learning concepts and frameworks
  • Verifiable experience in machine learning projects, ideally with large datasets
  • Desirable experience in managing databases of billions of records
  • English language proficiency at an advanced level
  • The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a passion for growth and development
Desirable Skills
  • Autonomous and proactive personality, with excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience with deep learning tools, academic experience included
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous equity package, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
