Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled ERP and CE Software Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality business and software solutions to our clients using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities, as well as an understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and its applications in creating powerful solutions. They will also be able to leverage their knowledge to develop a clear understanding of clients' needs and incorporate them into a solution.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to our clients using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities
