Job Description

The Dynamics 365 CE Consultant 2 role is a core member of our client's customer delivery team for Microsoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions. As a consultant, you will be involved in business process and solution design, configuring and customizing the implementation of Dynamics Power Platforms solutions with onshore and offshore development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to high-quality business and software solutions using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities.
  • Organize, manage, and document workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with client representatives and project stakeholders.
  • Interface effectively with other team members and the solution Architect to ensure the Power Platforms solution meets client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities.
  • Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge of new functionality in Microsoft platforms and stay up-to-date with roadmaps.
