About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our growing team as a Business Development Manager for Student Recruitment. This role involves identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational/training providers to expand our network and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, analyzing customer feedback data to inform business decisions, and collaborating closely with company executives to determine the most viable approaches to pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational/training providers to expand our network and drive business growth.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approaches to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partnership Building: Engage with potential partners, present our offerings, and negotiate mutually beneficial business deals.
  • Enrolment Excellence: Play an active role in assisting the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake, ensuring our goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Insights: Analyse customer feedback data to continuously assess the satisfaction level with our products and services, making data-driven improvements.
  • Program Management Support: Collaborate with program management team members to maximize student enrolment and program success.
  • Training and Development: Host and facilitate business meetings and training sessions for new recruiting partners to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
