About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our team at Linesight. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple data center campus development projects from Due Diligence and Master Planning through to execution, delivery, and Closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Project Execution Plans that align with client requirements, including communication plans and key events.
  2. Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project, resolving issues as required.
  3. Advocate for elevating our project management capabilities through standardization and automation across Linesight Data Centre projects.
  4. Coach, mentor, and train the wider team on continuous improvement techniques and standard methods for reporting results.
  5. Be accountable for robust project governance, reviewing risks on an ongoing basis and implementing mitigating measures where required.
  6. Assist in the preparation of RFP & SOW documentation for key project stakeholders.
  7. Drive the development and management of Program Level reporting on project statuses relating to Schedule, Budget, Safety, and Project Risk.
  8. Drive Company Standards uniformly as regards to Project & Program Delivery by all project participants on all projects.
  9. Support bidding on new service requests, attending and leading engaging presentations to prospective new clients.
  10. Assist with the recruitment process to deliver commissions and grow the business in line with the regional plan.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in data center construction/project management with increasing levels of leadership and people management.
  2. English language fluency is essential - resumes to be submitted in English.
  3. Spanish language fluency is desirable.
  4. Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or another construction-related discipline.
  5. Experience in Hyperscale Data Center or large-scale industrial/mission-critical experience.
  6. PMP and LEED AP qualified or on the path to completing it.
  7. Passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees through mentoring, coaching, and training on new techniques.
  8. Thriving on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
