Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Franchise Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading multiple Vitality Bowl locations in the Danville area and driving operations excellence. Your primary focus will be on increasing average unit volume of sales and controlling costs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including executing franchisee calls, writing monthly reports, and performing corporate assigned tasks.
  • Conduct franchise store inspections and provide fair and accurate assessments.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to help franchisees grow their business.
  • Implement and manage labor and COGS management to control costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise operations management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per year for franchise store grand openings.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
