As a Shopper Behaviour Analyst, you'll work with world-class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact. You'll collaborate with solutions managers and media managers all keen to learn and grow together.
Your main responsibility will be to deliver the most relevant dunnhumby insights and recommendations to drive customer-driven value creation through collaboration between the retailer and the supplier. This includes building a better shared understanding of their customers and delivering mutual growth.
As part of the fast-paced client leadership team, you'll work closely with the CPG clients across one or more categories, identifying their needs and selling appropriate solutions. You'll also build a collaborative relationship with Retail and the customer, ensuring they understand the benefits of working with dunnhumby.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 4 years of experience in CPG / Mass Consumption or Consultancy, a degree in Business administration or Engineering, and strong data analysis skills. You should also be fluent in English and have advanced level excel and database skills.
