About the RoleThis leadership position is responsible for providing strategic services to the Assets safely and at a competitive cost. Key responsibilities include leading commercial negotiations in the utilities space, strengthening internal and external stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the technical, commercial & operational administration of the Spence BOOT contract.
- Develops and implements strategies to ensure effective management of outsourced contracts.
- Liaises with stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
- Provides direction and leadership to ensure successful execution of new outsourced projects.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering, economics or a related field, and ideally further study such as an MBA or specialization in general management and project management. A minimum of 15 years' experience in the mining, utility (water) and projects industry is required.
