Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages, guaranteeing efficient resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain the installation network and cabling infrastructure within the data center environment.
- Train and educate staff on best practices related to service owner issues, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Recommend and document policies and procedures to meet industry standards and required SLAs.
- Provide weekly reports to the data center manager, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate team resources to support project needs, including emergency projects, change management, and maintenance window support.
- Host weekly staff meetings, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Drive compliance to Amazon performance management requirements, ensuring accountability across the organization.

Requirements- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in IT-related areas.
- Proven 3+ year experience in managing diverse teams.
- Strong ability to drive metrics and KPIs with high organization and detail-orientation.
- Incident and Vendor management experience with Security and Health & Safety awareness.
- TCP/IP networking, network cabling, optic types, and test equipment knowledge.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- This position requires travel between sites and internationally.
- 6+ years in a data center technology role.
- Experience with building physical data centers such as copper/fiber cabling.
- Experience developing operational metrics to drive efficiencies.
- Experience contributing to automation opportunities within a deployment/build environment.
- Lean methodologies and Six-Sigma qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, technical writing or business justifications.
