Job Description
We are seeking an Environmental Engineer with expertise in regenerative agriculture to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability initiatives group, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with local, global, and regional teams regarding regenerative agriculture and sustainability initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with cross-functional teams to advance regenerative agriculture and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations related to plant protection products.
- Organize and participate in events promoting Bayer's commitment to sustainability.
- Coordinate crisis management and complaint resolution processes.
- Lead product defense efforts, working closely with internal stakeholders to address customer concerns.
Requirements
- Environmental engineering degree or equivalent experience.
