SAP SE is seeking a talented Marketing Support professional to join our team in Santiago, Chile. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for executing and accelerating pipeline through effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs, and campaigns.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategy Execution: Translate business strategy and objectives into effective marketing execution tactics and develop a balanced set of marketing activities across all pipeline stages.
- Lead Management: Proactively engage in lead management review and analysis to understand processes and facilitate additional reporting activities.
- Data and Performance Management: Focus on execution and speed to market to document campaign execution and lead management activities in the system of record.
- Market Research/Analysis: Understand the market and target audience, segment and adapt messages, and optimize campaign tactics.
- Asset Development and Management: Manage the coordination, development, and dissemination of assets such as videos, blogs, infographics, websites, white papers, etc.
- Agency Management: Manage projects in conjunction with marketing agencies, including purchase orders/shopping carts and project budgets.
- Field Enablement: Align with internal stakeholders to optimize leverage and impact of planned marketing activities.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of customer focus to contribute towards creating a valuable customer experience.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the candidate will also be expected to:
- Pursue training to apply consistency and ensure compliance with all demand generation activities.
- Develop strong business-orientation, process design, and analytical skills combined with a focus on execution and results.
- Work across virtual teams to achieve combined goals.
- Maintain a high level of accountability for achieving both individual and shared team goals.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree.
- Preferably not exceeding 1-2 years from graduation.
- Preferably in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related.
- The initiative to work independently in a self-directed environment.
- A passion to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners.
- Ability to collaborate and work across virtual teams to achieve combined goals.
- Strong business-orientation, process design, and analytical skills combined with a focus on execution and results.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Accountability for achieving both individual and shared team goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a desire for continuous improvement.
