Key Responsibilities

The SAP BTP Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Developing joint outcome-based plans with customers and coordinating activities with the Account Team
  • Delivering expertise in digital transformation and advising on technical and business architectures
  • Serving as the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact and orchestrating success resources across SAP and customers
  • Providing recommendations to customers to leverage BTP effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in software engineering, solution management, project/product management, or technical customer engagement
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers
  • Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio
  • Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives
