We are currently seeking an experienced Expansion Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth plans.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing store growth plans and expansion strategies, evaluating site selection, and ensuring delivery assurance for our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop store growth plans and expansion strategies aligned with annual targets
  • Evaluate and negotiate site selection based on key indicators such as location, construction, and rental costs
  • Coorporate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain construction progress
  • Maintain relationships with property developers and shopping mall cooperation departments
  • Conduct quarterly mapping of business districts and update the database
  • Inspect and accept stores based on construction standards and local laws
  • Execute store establishment-related matters assigned by headquarters

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in local store expansion, strong partnership resources, and good cooperative relationships with top-tier commercial groups, malls, and real estate conglomerates.

They should also have excellent communication skills in both English and the native language, be familiar with construction processes, and understand local laws and regulations.
