Territory Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and expansion in assigned territories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, directors, and other decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in assigned territories.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

  • Five to ten years of experience in sales of hardware or maintenance agreements to middle market firms or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
