- Demonstrate influencing skills to achieve solutions and deal with challenging stakeholder situations.
- Communications
- Use a variety of communication methods to deliver information relevant to the audience and project needs.
- Develop and maintain project/program management standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Risk Management
- Approach risk management at both project and strategic levels, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Analyze information to solve problems and engage with teams to resolve issues.
- Resource Management
- Manage resource/budgetary issues with internal teams and external suppliers, resolving disputes successfully and independently.
- Customer Care
- Manage large-scale, complex customer deployments, involving cross-functional and cross-regional project teams.
- Develop overall program schedules in conjunction with customer requirements.
- Manage internal company-wide stakeholders on project teams, holding them accountable for meeting commitments.
- Have an in-depth technical knowledge of Equinix products/processes.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations independently at all levels.
- Assist in process development and documentation.
- Document lessons learned and share with stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in project and program management.
- Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred.
