Agriculture Program Manager

The Agriculture Manager will play a critical role in driving this transformation by managing the program's technical team and leading engagement with technical counterparts at the donor and their suppliers. This position requires strong project management and people management skills, as well as the ability to navigate culturally and logistically complex environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Management: Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of regenerative agriculture projects across multiple countries and crops.
  • Program Implementation: Manage the program's technical team to execute the work plan, lead technical meetings and workshops, and provide technical advisory to suppliers.
  • Program Reporting and Knowledge Management: Collaborate with the team to measure and report program data, share knowledge and insights with internal teams and external partners, and respond to requests from TechnoServe HQ.
  • Contract Management: Support recruitment and contracting of consultants and experts as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field, at least seven years of related professional experience, and fluency in Spanish and English languages. Portuguese is highly desirable. The position requires international travel up to 30%.
