We employ nearly 2,500 experts in offices throughout the world, working for transformative, iconic brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro. We're looking for a talented and strategic media sales lead to drive our media sales growth and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute clear strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while fostering a motivated and results-driven team culture.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and key stakeholders to expand our market presence.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, and product demonstration.
- Monitor and control the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct budget management and financial control to optimize profitability and meet financial targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- At least 5 years experience in media sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with 1 to 2 years of experience managing and developing sales teams.
