**The Position**
We seek to continue building a strong culture of learning, collaboration and professional development. You will be part of the core team of development, learning and training, and together we will facilitate, design and implement initiatives that reinforce the affiliate's learning plan, especially for the frontline team represented by the sales team, market access, and regional medical advisors (RMA). You will promote internal talent and the development of commercial capabilities to prepare the frontliners for the Workplace of the Future.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Facilitate, implement and support the Frontline learning and development plan (frontline training needs) for the frontliners; ensure it is aligned with the commercial strategy
- Manage and conduct the development processes (Frontline Pass, coaching, frontline training curriculum, BIG5 competence model, NNWoS, NNWoC, Product / disease knowledge, business ethics)
- Implement local, regional and global training projects, working closely with the LATAM regional office
- Ensure that the competency management system is established, maintained, and continuously improved to ensure its effectiveness
- Secure, monitor and deploy the Novo Nordisk Way

**Qualifications**
- University graduate with a degree in Business, Psychology or similar
- Master's degree in related fields desirable
- Knowledge or further leadership studies
- Minimum three years of experience in similar position
- Intermediate English; Advanced Spanish - written & spoken
- Knowledge of training methodology, dynamics, preparation and evaluation of scenarios; Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
