We are seeking an ambitious and motivated business professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Product Commercial Support for the Beneficiation, Dewatering, & Hydrometallurgy Services Business Line.
This position will focus primarily on Flotation, but depending on location and technical expertise, there may also be opportunities to engage with other BDH products in the respective region. In this role, you will work closely with market area teams to maintain and expand the business, while collaborating with other functions to develop our Performance-Based Solutions across the South America MA and Mexico & Central America regions. This is a challenging and rewarding sales management opportunity within a growing business line, offering industry-leading technologies, process solutions, and service offerings.
You will be part of a global team while working in collaboration with colleagues from several countries. Working in the global business line sales support team, you would be a business line expert working with local sales teams to build campaigns, develop opportunity funnels, prioritize opportunities and sales activities. This role requires technical & process knowledge in beneficiation and dewatering as well as a solid commercial mindset. You'll have a local and global technical expert network supporting you with the most challenging technical solutions while also participating in new development projects. You will work closely with the Business Line Product teams to deploy new product information, share best practices, organize sales training, and communicate technology-specific value argumentation.
The selected candidate should be located somewhere in South America or Mexico & Central America and can work remotely within this area.
What you'll do
- Responsible for supporting and leading service sales for Flotation. Promote and support Performance Based Solutions in the market area when required.
- Act as the main contact from sales towards Service Product Management and take frontline feedback to the product management/development and delivery.
- Responsible for the value argumentation, value proposition, and win plan of the cases and for the technology overall.
- Coaching and training of market area service sales teams (offering and ways to sell) and constantly seek for best practices with the company.
- Ensure compliance with sales process, proposal, and risk management procedures in the cases.
- Seek new ways to sell and develop alternative business models.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering - chemical/minerals processing is preferred
- 5+ years experience or exposure in minerals processing
- Strong market and industry understanding
- Solid commercial understanding and experience
- Sales and service business background
- Solid English proficiency.
