**Cuál será su función**

Responsabilidades clave
- Responsable de multiplicar el conocimiento del Shopper, orientar y fomentar la aplicación de estos contenidos siguiendo la estrategia de Kenvue y agregando valor a los clientes
- Influir en la opinión del comprador, transmitiendo conocimientos acerca de la ruta de compra, insights del shopper y de la categoría manteniendo "la neutralidad, la imparcialidad y la descripción general de las categorías y canales"
- Actualizar surtido y exhibición en góndola de acuerdo con las altas/bajas que se tenga en el portfolio
- Manejo de Categoría en clientes: realizar análisis de surtido y propuesta de exhibición para aquellos clientes en los que somos capitanes de categoría
- Detectar oportunidades de desarrollo de las categorías colaborando activamente en los análisis y seguimiento de las categorías junto con los equipos comerciales
- Asegurar la interacción, conexión y participación con las áreas involucradas: Comercial/Ventas, Marketing, Trade Marketing, áreas similares de la región y Clientes
- Desarrollar recomendaciones de ejecución y visibilidad para los puntos de venta basadas en la investigación sobre el Shopper, datos de mercado, estrategia de marca y tendencias por canal
- Buscar, conocer y profundizar las tendencias y comportamientos de compra offline y online de las categorías asignadas comprendiendo las particularidades y perfiles de nuestro shopper
- Desarrollar contenidos formativos y presentaciones para clientes sobre shopper y tendencias de las categorías
- Desarrollar Soluciones de Categoría basadas en el conocimiento de los canales y compradores
- Salidas a Punto de Venta: analizar oportunidades, tendencias de mercado, observar comportamiento del shopper y generar información para agregar valor
- Intervenir en los procesos de lanzamiento de productos, aportando shopper insights, brindando la mejor opción de surtido sugerido, exhibición y material POP entendiendo la particularidad de cada canal

**Qualifications**:
**Qué buscamos**
- Preparación Académica: Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Marketing o Ingeniería Industrial
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en áreas de Category & Shopper, Marketing, Trade o Ventas en empresas multinacionales de consumo masivo o retail
- Nível de inglés intermedio
- Entendimiento de investigación de mercado y estrategias de marcas
- Pensamiento analítico (habilidad analítica profunda) y estratégico
- Liderazgo y alto nível de autonomía
- Ser capaz de trabajar bajo presión y en un ambiente dinámico. Manejo de la complejidad
- Habilidades interpersonales para conectar con los distintos Stakeholders y Equipos Multidisciplinarios.
- Experiência de trabajo con equipos multifuncionales y proyectos E2E
