busca incorporar a su equipo de marketing al Coordinador de Shopper & Customer Marketing Face, siendo un rol que maneja campañas en punto de venta, gestión promocional, además de ser catman de su categoría.
**Las principales tareas del rol son**: Liderar la categoría asignada en el área de Trade Marketing. Realizar seguimiento de la ejecución en el punto de venta y de los KPI (MS, Sell In/Sell Out, WD, Facings, entre otros) con el fin de maximizar los resultados de la compañía. Gestión de presupuesto de las campañas y proyectos de clientes acorde al Master Plan de la marca en la categoría. Liderar la ejecución de las campañas en tiempo y forma: desde los targets, definición de tipo de campaña (promotoras, material duro, material blando, circuitos con clientes), etc. Trabajar con los clientes en la creación y/o implementación de proyectos de manera de incrementar el engagement. Liderar category management para el desarrollo de la categoría, incremento de coberturas y potenciar lanzamientos. Crear estrategia promocional de los clientes en la categoría: análisis de oportunidades. Potenciar y seguimiento de lanzamientos con los clientes. Analizar categoría/segmentos/clientes identificar oportunidades/riesgos de Sell Out (Planes to go: PDQ, promociones, exhibiciones adicionales, concursos, etc) Liderar el desarrollo y aprendizaje de la persona que tiene a su cargo.

**Requisitos**:
Los interesados deben contar con los siguientes requisitos excluyente:
Contar con 100% actitud positiva Tener título Universitario de las carrerras: Ingeniería comercial, civil industrial, o carrerra afín Tener como mínimo 5 a 6 años de experiência en áreas comerciales y/o en el punto de venta - Trade Marketing Altas habilidades analíticas, obtención de insigths y generar planes que impacten en los resultados. Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales y relacionales a todos los níveles de la organización, con capacidad de presentar en grandes audiencias. Contar con nível de Inglés avanzado. Fuerte orientación a los detalles Excel avanzado. Manejo de Nielsen y SAP. Contar con capcidad de trabajo bajo presión.
