We are seeking an Administrative Facilities Coordinator.

**Requirements**:
Studies in business administration, hospitality, or related.
Intermediate level management of Microsoft Office.
+3 years of experience in administrative tasks. Facilities M. Plus*
English Advanced. Exclusive*
Strong competences in organization, proactivity and adaptation.
**Responsibilities**:
FM administration of contracts and services for corporate clients.
Maintain supplier contracts as appropriate (Cleaning, maintenance, security)
Management of performance indicators.
Prices of inputs and services.
Responsible for review of work orders and billing process.
Prepare quotes and bases for tenders.
Respond to emergencies at customer facilities.
Ensure the proper functioning of all office services (Coffee, toilets, dining room, rooms, among others).
