**Purpose**

Our client is looking for a Head of IT, who will use his or her high level of experience to ensure that the functionality and performance of existing and new IT services used in Chile are in line with customer expectations and corporate policies and standards. He is also responsible for supporting and operating corporate IT services during business hours, and building a competent team to support this responsibility.

In addition, he is responsible for managing cybersecurity and information security efforts to protect the IT and OT infrastructure.

**Competences**
- Ten years (10) of proven IT experience from international organizations
- Strong knowledge of Technology, Telecom and Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
- Experience in leadership of diverse teams.
- Good experience from supplier management
- Certified in IT process framework like ITIL or other, Project Management like PMP or other, and in IT security like CISO or other.
- Higher level of education in engineering, business and IT and leadership. Relevant work experience may compensate one of the formal educations required.

- Fluent in Spanish and in English

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the corporate business strategy and initiatives.
- Make business planning and budget for IT roadmap and activities in Chile
- Monitor and operate corporate systems, being a regional service hub
- Deliver new services in line with corporate policies and principles
- Facilitate end user support in Spanish and English during local business hours
- Handle incidents and security incidents in line with defined processes
- Facilitate Local Technical Support (LTS) on sites with no IT personnel
- Supplier management of both local and regional
- Report on operational status
- Assure the right Infrastructure and Telecom Design that adjust to our standards and business growth strategy and needs.
- Identify, design, and implement digitization initiatives that respond to business needs
- Establish and maintain active communications between users and systems, guaranteeing the availability of our networks
- Strengthen the culture of innovation and provide tools to promote business agility in the company
- Comply with the guidelines and regulations required for the availability of our telecommunications
- Comply with cybersecurity and information security policies, guidelines, legal requirements or any other adopted to protect the IT/OT infrastructure.
