**Who are we looking for?**

This role assists members of the Talent COE to analyse and utilise talent data effectively and to assist in the completion of talent acquisition, talent management and learning projects and ongoing reviews in these areas as identified in the Talent COE’s business plan.

- Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

- Assist Talent COE team members to complete talent projects and ongoing reviews identified as part of that center of excellence's business plan
- Undertake analysis of internal talent data as required, in association with GHD’s People Metrics framework
- Contribute to writing of reports and memos (for example Board Half-Year report) by providing analysis of ongoing metrics and insights relevant to talent data
- Prepare training and other presentation decks on talent data and insights in association with GHD’s People Metrics framework
- Conduct training and employee development on topics of relevance to the Talent COE, particularly the use of metrics and data
- Communicate talent information, verbally and in written form, to internal managers and employees and to relevant external stakeholders
- Undertake external research and report on global best practice in areas relevant to the Talent COE Perform administrative tasks as required in relation to the above

**What you will bring to the Team**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR or related field
- Prior experience in a talent/HR-related role or on talent/HR-related improvement projects relevant for this role
- Experience using applied research design methods and descriptive and predictive analytic techniques to derive and explore business-relevant hypotheses using people data
- Previous experience communicating insights from people data in written and verbal form to a HR and/or business audience in English
- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite (particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Teams)
- Experience working in a corporate and/or professional services environment Demonstrated alignment to GHD’s values of Safety, Teamwork, Respect and Integrity
