Estamos buscando profesionales talentosos para unirse a nuestro equipo de HR. Este puesto dará apoyo a Chile, Argentina y Uruguay , estará basada en Santiago y es una posición híbrida, que requiere al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina ubicada en Las Condes.

Talent & Development Implementation Specialist Cono Sur

El propósito principal de este rol es desarrollar e implementar los programas de talento que aseguren el desarrollo de las personas y favorezcan una cultura de aprendizaje en los 3 países a los prestará servicio y a las 3 empresas sobre las cuales actuará.

Formar parte de un equipo regional en el que podrás contribuir y generar soluciones e iniciativas de Talento que impactan al desarrollo de nuestros colegas. Oportunidad de interactuar con otras áreas de la función de HR para la implementación de iniciativas y programas globales y regionales.

Contaremos contigo para :

Ejecutar y dar seguimiento de las iniciativas globales y regionales de : , , , , entre otros. Adecuar y dar soporte a los procesos del área de gestión de talento global, adecuando políticas y procedimientos si es necesario a las localidades para las que trabaja. Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar procesos locales de acuerdo con las necesidades del año, a través de capacitaciones, relatorías, etc. Controlar presupuesto, gestión con proveedores y fomentar el uso de plataformas de aprendizaje internas. Dar soporte a acciones de engagement de acuerdo a la Propuesta de Valor al Empleado, surgidas a partir de encuestas internas y otras fuentes de información.

Lo que necesitas tener :

Contar con título universitario en Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial o Ingeniería en Administración de empresas, entre otras. Experiencia de al menos 4 años trabajando en áreas de Capacitación y Desarrollo Organizacional de preferencia en empresas trasnacionales y matriciales. Nivel avanzado de Inglés . Dominio avanzado de ofimática (excel, powerpoint, etc). Excelente actitud de servicio y colaboración. Hacer que las cosas sucedan aún en situaciones complejas. Excelente manejo de proyectos y tareas simultáneas. Flexibilidad, apertura y resiliencia. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, así como habilidades para presentación.
