S&op Coordinator

We are looking for an S&OP Coordinator to join our team.
Based in the city of Santiago, Chile, reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, belonging to the Supply Chain management, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring the fulfillment of delivery deadlines to the commercial area analyzing the current load and cycle times of the products and the availability of raw materials, together with the production scheduling area, elaborate and enforce the monthly Production Plan based on the Commercial Forecast, considering the customer service requirements (OTD), manage the Production Information Flow process between the Commercial area and Plant.
Main responsibilities:
01. Calculate the SOPS (Production Suborders) aligned with the production programs issued.
02. Track missing or surplus material
03. Adjust the calculation formulas to make them more accurate.
04. Participate in process inventories.
05. Comply with the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures.
06. Actively participate in the programs and training and report any associated matter (Incidents, non-compliant product, machine failure, potential risks, environmental events, quasi-incident).
07.Lead workplace safety, maintain safe conduct and commit to your safety and take it beyond the company.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a worker with the following skills:
- Engineer in Industrial Execution, International Trade or Business Administration.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions.
- Knowledge in: Cable Manufacturing Processes, processes, and product. Knowledge of the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures. English language management medium level and MS Office medium level.
