**Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición Warehouse and Transportation Manager, Fixed Term (12 meses), **que estará localizada en Santiago de Chile.**

**Propósito**:
La posición de Gerente de Warehouse de J&J (Dispositivos Médicos) tiene como objetivo gestionar los equipos y procesos del Centro de Distribución de Santiago y de los Stock Points de BH, POA y RJ para garantizar los procedimientos del área, así como alinear la estrategia operativa con el equipo de Transporte y el Operador Logístico en busca de la mejor ejecución de acuerdo con las capacidades operativas. Seguir y monitorear procesos y eficiencia a través de KPIs, además de garantizar la confiabilidad de la información operativa y gestionar los costos. Liderar reuniones con Proveedores y áreas internas para la mejora continua del servicio, procesos y costos. Ser el representante de Operaciones en nuevos proyectos. Garantizar el compromiso y clima del equipo.

**Responsabilidades**:
Gestión de Personas, Procesos y Costos

Gestionar al Operador Logístico y todos los indicadores KPIs Logísticos (OTS, DTS, Ajustes de Inventario, DSI, OTIF-D) respetando las demandas del negocio e indicadores internos de J&J.

Gestión de Costos garantizando el pago de gastos relacionados con las operaciones dentro del plazo establecido y de forma cumplimiento normativo. Aprobar el pago de facturas y órdenes de compra siguiendo las políticas internas.

Elaborar el Plan de Negocios (financiero) para todos los Centros de Distribución (incluidos los Stock Points) en Chile, así como revisar el plan a lo largo del año de acuerdo con las variaciones y períodos (JU & NU).

Proporcionar acciones estratégicas a partir de análisis críticos de los centros de costos relacionados con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de cada ejercicio fiscal (BP, JU, NU). Presentar mensualmente a la dirección las variaciones de los gastos, ahorros y otros factores que influyeron en el resultado.

Proposición de escenarios en los que haya mejora del nível de servicio para los clientes y con rigor financiero en relación al plan anual.

Evaluar y aprobar resultados financieros e informes de la Provisión Mensual de costos.

Realización de reuniones periódicas con proveedores, análisis de pasivos financieros y presentación del nível de servicio.

Gestionar iniciativas de reducción de costos (CIPs).

Identificación de mejoras y oportunidades en reducción de costos y salud financiera.

Desarrollo de métricas de controles operativos.

Desarrollo y apoyo en proyectos y acciones de mejoras procesales e innovación.

Alineación, dirección y liderazgo junto a los equipos de Planificación, Servicio al Cliente, Transporte, Operaciones Comerciales y Comerciales.

Mejora continua (JJOS y otros).

Gestión de procesos en los ámbitos de Calidad (gestión de documentos) y Seguridad.

Cumplimiento en la gestión de procesos de acuerdo con las políticas y normas de la Compañía.

Responsable de proponer soluciones y mejoras para los procesos de su responsabilidad.

Responsable de los cierres mensuales.

Responsable de la gestión completa del Operador Logístico a corto, medio y largo plazo relacionado con la visibilidad de capacidades operativas.

Participación en procesos de BID con proveedores.

Educación: Formación superior en Ingenierías y/o Logística.

**Experiência y Habilidades**:
Conocimiento del sistema SAP.

Habilidades en herramientas de Office.

Amplia experiência en gestión de personas/equipos.
