**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Client Solution Executive is the lead sales person on a strategic engagement and is responsible for the overall sales effort.
- You will be responsible for the development and closing of highly complex customer experience, digital platforms solutions to senior client executives, which can include the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors and evaluation committees.
- You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, digital and business strategies and industry trends and directions.
- You will be responsible for leading large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet business needs.
- You may lead multiple opportunities concurrently although typically in different sales stages and have assigned contract signings, expense, and customer satisfaction targets for the industry they support. The employee Influences the functional strategy.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- 8-10 years’ experience with driving customer transformation and digital platform projects
- Deep SME (Subject Matter Expert) level expertise in one or more industries such as: retail / distribution, industrial, financial services.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of outstanding communication and presentation skills, leadership and building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.
- Experienced in sales and client delivery in Strategy, Business/ Digital Transformation (Salesforce, CRM, Agile) including meet annual business signings (sales) targets or revenue (delivery) targets.
- Intermediate/Advanced level of English is required
