**Department Overview**: Backup of the person responsible for the Change Management area and responsible for generating and managing Backlog information.
**Develop, analyze and verify risk levels within the Change Control process and control and manage the Incident Backlog, according to CMSO definitions, for compliance with the KPIs established within Change Control and Backlog.
**Basic Requirements**:
Civil Industrial Engineer, Management Control Engineer or similar.
**Travel Requirements**: Under 10%
