Buscamos incorporar un Ingeniero de implementaciones, **Service Delivery Engineer**,** **especialista en la ejecución de servicios de nube para incorporar en nuestro equipo.

***Responsabilidades**:

- Será responsable de la entrega e implementación de soluciones para clientes externos basadas en soluciones de portafolio de servicios en Azure
- Trabajar en conjunto con el Solution Sales en la definición técnica de la solución durante el proceso de preventa, aclarando los problemas y necesidades de los clientes, preparando el alcance del trabajo con las horas de trabajo y el diseño de la solución
- Asistir a reuniones técnicas determinando en conjunto con el cliente la solución que se debe aplicar en el proyecto.
- Redacción de la documentación del proyecto y de las guías de usuario.
- Soporte técnico (3ª línea);
- Cumplir con las tareas administrativas que se requieren dentro del área Services Delivery (reporte de horas, elaboración de estimaciones de esfuerzo, etc).
- Realizar workshops técnicos al cliente.

**Requerimientos**:

- Ingeniero en telecomunicaciones, sistemas, computación, informática, redes, ing. eléctrica, electrónica o afín.
- 3+ años de experiência en diseño e implementación de infraestructura dinámicamente escalable, altamente disponible, tolerante a fallas y confiable en Azure.
- Experiência en la implementación de sistemas de Cloud Governance para monitorear el uso y recomendar las mejores prácticas rentables.
- Conocimientos en Cloud hardening, áreas de seguridad, Azure security center
- Sólida experiência práctica en servicios de IaaS de Azure, como red, cómputo y almacenamiento, supervisión de respaldo de Azure, administración de actualizaciones de Azure.
- Conocimientos sólidos en servicios de networking de azure tales como Vnets, Virtual Network Gateway, App Gateways, balanceadores.
- Buen conocimiento de los componentes básicos de la infraestructura, como DNS, DHCP, Active Directory (AD), políticas de grupo de AD, LDAP, integración de LDAP, Exchange, O365
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de presentación, con capacidad para articular tecnología compleja de manera simple.
- Experiência en migraciones de almacenamiento de Microsoft Azure y familiarizado con conceptos de almacenamiento en la nube.
- Habilidades de troubleshooting.
- Nível de inglés básico - Intermedio (Lectura, documentación técnica).

- AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator.
- SC-300: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
