En DHL Global Forwarding Chile tenemos una oportunidad laboral para la posición **Value Added Services (VAS) Assistant**.

**Propósito de la posición**: Asistir operativa y administrativamente el equipo de VAS Operators para poder supervisar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso de transporte terrestre nacional, desde y hacia puerto y también transporte terrestre Internacional dentro del Cono Sur de América, incluyendo facturación y velar por la correcta cobranza de dicha facturación.

**En este rol éstas serán tus principales funciones**:

- Controlar periódicamente a través de FRP los resultados de KPIs para milestones exigidos por la compañía, donde VAS sea responsable del resultado
- Brindar Soporte administrativo y organizacional para aquellos clientes con un alto volumen, que además se requiera una trazabilidad o gestión adicional a las ya entregadas por sistema.
- Creación de Quick booking/Shipment en Sistema CW1 para embarques de transportes terrestre que no sean de los productos OFR-AFR-IPR.
- Dar soporte al equipo de OPS VAS en coordinaciones de retiro/entrega de cargas con Agencia de aduanas/Clientes y flota de camiones (proveedores) desde y hacia puertos Chilenos a lo largo del país y en tramos Internacionales, a través de los diferentes medios de comunicación.
- Creación de Quick booking/Shipment en Sistema CW1 para embarques de transportes terrestre que no sean de los productos OFR-AFR-IPR.
- Brindar apoyo en casos de alto volumen para ejecutar correctamente el proceso de facturación, para procesos DAP-OFR, DOM e IRF; ya sea como data entry en CW1 o registros.
- Supervisar el ingreso de eventos por parte de los proveedores a través de ESP o en su defecto ingresar tales eventos (PCF-DCF) para el Cumplimiento de, el o los KPI's que conlleven un proceso de transporte local/internacional, entregando servicio de calidad al cliente interno y externo, en tiempo y forma conforme a las políticas de la organización.
- Conocer proceso de Manejo de Quejas / Excepciones

**Requisitos**:

- Educación Superior en Logística, Comercio Exterior o carrera a fines. Equivalente en experiência en cargos similares también es válido.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en cargos similares.
- Conocimientos de Incoterms, documentación de embarques, manejo CW1, conocimientos en equipos de transporte y transporte terrestre.
- Excel intermedio (manejo de planillas y tablas dinámicas).
