En DHL Global Forwarding Chile estamos en la búsqueda de profesionales para la posición **Value Added Services (VAS) Team Leader**. Te invitamos a que formes parte de nuestro equipo

El principal objetivo de la posición es asegurar la excelencia operativa del área de transporte terrestre nacional e internacional, impulsar la estrategia del área y de la compañía, apoyar activamente al área comercial y financiera para lograr el objetivo presupuestario del área y de la compañía en línea con los valores de DHL.

**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**:
**Operativas**
- Monitorear las operaciones del departamento y organizar las tareas del equipo de la forma más eficiente posible, garantizando un alto estándar de servicio al cliente.
- Manejar/Ser contacto principal para una o más cuentas de alto volumen y con mayor complejidad.
- Establecer controles en los distintos servicios prestados.
- Liderar los QBRs con los clientes principales y en coordinación con las otras áreas del DHL.

**Financieras**:

- Proponer planes de ahorro de costos para la operación.
- Realizar en conjunto con el VAS Controller análisis financieros para garantizar un GP adecuado en todas las cuentas de su portafolio y el de su equipo.
- Revisión periódica de tarifas y costos para garantizar una operación rentable.

**Comercial**:

- Apoyar la estrategia comercial y ser un canal de comunicación entre el área comercial, VAS Commercial Center y la operación.
- Generar barreras de salida de clientes existentes (por ejemplo, apoyar el desarrollo de un EDI con un sistema de un cliente).
- Presentar nuevos proveedores según las necesidades del negocio apoyando al área de Procurement.

**Calidad y KPIs**:

- Realizar seguimiento a los KPIs (métricas) operativos incluyendo medición y análisis de productividades, discutirlas con el equipo y elaborar planes de acción en caso de incumplimiento
- Asegurar la implementación de buenas prácticas dentro de la operación así como un continuo mejoramiento de los procesos e instrucciones de trabajo

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniero en Logística, Comercio Exterior, Transporte Internacional o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en posiciones como Líder de Equipos
- Experiência en Transporte Terrestre Nacional e Internacional
- Conocimientos en herramientas de mejora continua y resolución de problemas. Manejo de TMS
- Nível de inglés hablado y escrito: intermedio - avanzado
- Manejo de herramientas de Office: Manejo avanzado en paquetes de cómputo (Office) y Excel.
