**What We’re Looking For**:
JOB SUMMARY
- Oversee all MS operations within an assigned region. Expert understanding and oversight of service deliveries to PAC customers within the assigned area, meeting contractual commitments in an efficient and cost effective manner. Comply with all laws and regulations, and cooperate with all regulatory agencies and their representatives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance Operations
- Maintains good customer relationship with airline customers based in the region.
- Develop performance requirements among team to consistently work toward enhancing PAC's reputation among customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance of MS contractual commitments
- Ensure the MS operational sites have the appropriate resources to perform at the standards and practices specified in the company Maintenance Operation Exposition (MOE).
- Oversee all “third party” maintenance organizations to ensure service agreements are being met.
- Manage the budget and expenses of assigned stations.
- Supervisory
- Hire, train, supervise, and appraise direct reports; Manage, guide, and mentor the performance of Base Maintenance Managers and Supervisors.
- Lead management staff to implement department objectives.
- Organize and implement department objectives.
- Manage a 24/7 operation.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- BS degree or equivalent work related experience.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A & P) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) license or equivalent.
- 8 years experience in managing a maintenance organization.
- Working knowledge of global civil aviation regulations and requirements.
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to present to executive decision makers.
- Solid understanding of financial controls and budgets.
- Possess highly developed team building skills.
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers.
- Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.

- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to meet the requirements of the airport authority for access and vehicle operation on their premises.
- May require travel, up to 50% of the time to domestic and/or international locations.
- Pass extensive security and background checks.
