**Responsibilities**:
- Colaborar con la implementación de estrategias de diferenciación y difusión técnica de productos y soluciones con clientes para la prospección y generación de oportunidades para el crecimiento de Hitachi con la promoción del portafolio y tecnología aplicada en productos de BU, mejorando la productividad y posicionamiento de la empresa en el medio/largo plazo.-
- Apoyar a los grupos de trabajo para la prueba y demostración de las caracteristicas/funcionalidades innovadoras de las soluciones de portafolio para los clientes y exponerlas en los principales congresos del área con el fin de influir en el mercado para aumentar la percepción de valor agregado de Hitachi.-
- Apoyar al Technology Manager en acciones que tengan como objetivo corregir o implementar nuevas caracteristicas que fortalezcan la posición de Hitachi en el mercado de tecnología de punta, proporcionar retroalimentación sobre el mercado local e información que pueda contribuir a la mejora de la cartera (como la Especificacion de Requisitos del Mercado).-
- Generar contenido para presentación de productos, aplicaciones y soluciones a clientes, instituciones relevantes y congresos para difundir contenido de Hitachi.-
- Interactuar con otras unidades/BUs para promover la sinergia entre productos/aplicaciones para el desarrollo de soluciones que satisfagan las perspectivas de los clientes o elaboren alternativas.-
- Identificar la necesidad de la organización de crear competencias y conocimientos/habilidades técnicas apropiadas para desarrollar proyectos con nuevos productos/soluciones.-
- Guiar, motivar y capacitar a los equipos para hacer frente a estos escenarios. Apoyar y supervisar la transferencia de tecnologia y conocimiento a unidades internas como ingenieria, licitación y ventas.-
- Representar la disciplina tecnológica para clientes y partes interesadas internas (otras unidades de negocio, unidades organizativas) y partes interesadas externas.-
- Asegurar la representación ante las universidades e instituciones relevantes. Buscar constantemente innovaciones tecnológicas, identificando socios potenciales con conocimientos de alto nível, asi como investigando nuevas tecnologias y/o métodos que optimicen el rendimiento o la productividad de las aplicaciones.-
- Mitigar aspectos de riesgos en la aplicación de nuevas soluciones, identificando oportunidades de mejora y/o generación de nuevos negocios y asegurar la difusión de información para la ejecución de proyectos innovadores a los equipos de operaciones. Contribuir a la cadena de suministro para desarrollar alianzas estratégicas con los principales proveedores de servicios y equipos necesarios para la ingenieria.Your background:
- Formación: Superior en ingenieria eléctrica, electrónica o informática.-
- Experiência: 7-8 años-
- Idioma: Inglés intermedio-
- Conocimiento de tecnologías orientadas a la protección, supervisión y control para la automatización.-
- Experiência en el diseno de soluciones de sistemas y sus integraciones y configuracion.-
- Implementación, prueba y aceptación de dichas soluciones.-
