Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Principal, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals by developing and implementing innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of IT strategies and solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in ERP systems, cloud computing, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with our clients' leadership teams to understand their key challenges and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Manage and execute complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and mentor our consulting talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Contribute to the development of our Practice Area, helping to build the BCG brand as a digital leader.
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, or migration of ERP systems, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting related to ERPs.
- Ability to bring unique tech perspectives from outside the consulting industry into BCG's typical engagements.
- Leadership potential to transform the consulting industry, particularly around interaction with designers, engineers, and POs.
- Progressing thought leadership in deep tech, new methodologies, or ways of working.
- Ability to balance dogmatism and pragmatism to guide decision-making.

YOU'LL BE BASED IN Santiago Chile. YOU'LL BE TRAVELING At BCG Platinion you will have the opportunity to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects.
